Teens' may have been brought up to texting. The image above shows, and also gives you a visual representation as to how the world is becoming from texting so much. As seen in the little girl is "zoned" into the phone, not knowing that she is hurting herself because she's very young. I think little kids should not be able to use cell phones because they are that young and do not know any better.
